Return & Refund Policy (Worldwide)

We offer a 90-day return policy worldwide, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund
